Data security for document to Excel jobs

How Messy2Sheet handles uploaded documents, generated spreadsheets, account access, and support requests for document to Excel jobs.

Private by default
Uploaded files and generated sheets are tied to the job or account that created them. They are not published in a public gallery.
Cloudflare storage
Source documents, intermediate job files, and final exports are stored in Cloudflare R2 when a job needs persistent storage.
Purpose-limited processing
Files and instructions are processed to create the requested Excel or CSV output, support the account, and operate the service.
Practical security model
This page describes the current product behavior in plain English, not a separate legal agreement. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service remain the governing documents.
What you upload

Messy2Sheet accepts business documents such as PDFs, screenshots, spreadsheets, CSV files, receipts, bank statements, purchase orders, invoices, email text, and plain text instructions.

Where files are stored

The app uses Cloudflare Workers for request handling, Cloudflare D1 for application records, and Cloudflare R2 for file objects that need to be saved for a job or account workflow.

Who can access results

Dashboard pages, saved files, workflows, and generated sheets require the signed-in account that owns them. Anonymous processing links are intended for the browser session that started the job.

Deleting or limiting stored files

Signed-in users can delete files from the file settings area when those files are saved in the user file library. For job data or account-level deletion requests, contact support.
